Car Rental Terms & Conditions

Who can rent
Valid driving licence + government ID required. Minimum age as per policy. A refundable security deposit is collected at handover. -
Pickup & delivery
Office is in Anjuna. We deliver/collect cars at Mopa & Dabolim airports, major railway stations (Vasco, Margao, Karmali) and key areas (Baga, Calangute, Candolim, Vagator) on prior booking. These are delivery points—no walk-in counters. -
Rental period & returns
Billing is per 24 hours from handover. Late returns may attract an hourly fee or an extra day after a short grace period. Return is complete only after our physical inspection and confirmation message. -
Fuel & cleanliness
Return fuel level same as received. No smoking/vaping in the car. Excess sand/spills/odour may incur a cleaning fee. -
Driving rules
No drinking and driving, rash/dangerous driving, racing, beach/off-road use, towing, or unauthorised drivers. All traffic fines/e-challans are the renter’s responsibility. -
Accidents & damage (read carefully)
In any incident, inform us immediately and don’t repair/settle without our approval. All damages and losses to the vehicle—parts, labour, consumables, glass/tyres/underbody, towing/recovery, administrative costs, and any third-party liabilities—are payable by the renter, irrespective of insurance coverage or insurer decision/settlement. -
Loss-of-use (downtime) compensation
If the vehicle is off-road due to damage, seizure, or misuse during your rental, you agree to compensate loss of revenue at up to the vehicle’s published daily rental rate per day for the downtime period (until repair and rental-readiness), subject to a reasonable cap. -
Breakdowns & tyres
Mechanical failure not caused by misuse—assistance provided; replacement subject to availability and location. Tyre punctures are the renter’s responsibility.
